Once again it’s a new week, and I’ve written down my goals and steps to meet those goals. So, I wanted to just give myself and others some motivation to achieve those goals whatever they might be.
If you indulged too much over the weekend or simply took a few days off from your goals, now is the time to put that behind you and continue to pursue your goal of health for this year. I know that it’s a huge cliché, but every day is a new day! It’s true. And remember, you’re a work in progress.
