So, it’s now the 9th of January, and I thought I’d talk about working on goals for 2015. To be honest, it hasn’t been going as well as I would like. I’ve been getting up to work out every other day, instead of every day. My budget isn’t done, and I haven’t really been doing the amount of writing that I’d like. Also, I just don’t even want to talk about my lack of movement on organizing my house.
After much thought about my issues (at least I was thinking about my goals), I realized that even though I had come up with steps, they weren’t baby steps. I didn’t break my steps down into each day, do-able ones. I only did weekly ones. And, taken all together, the weekly ones just seemed too overwhelming. So, of course I did the easiest thing, I did nothing. Yes, yes, I know that wasn’t very smart. But boy was it easy!
So, starting today, I’m going to write out daily steps and I’ll let you know how it goes. How are your goals for 2015 going?
