I feel like I could use some good affirmations to help me continue on this path that I’ve chosen. A good dose of positive energy is necessary sometimes. So, here goes!
For most people we expect to change instantly. I want to be fit right now, and I don’t want to do the work to attain that goal. Wouldn’t it be great if we could just wake up and be all that we want to be?
So, I decided to look at positive affirmations today, just so that I can remember that it takes a while to change. I’m making a lifestyle change; and it’s hard, slow and difficult. But, each day I can say to myself, I’m doing it. One step at a time.
